Adopts Florida Statutes 2012 as the official statute law of the state, prepared by the Office of Legislative Services under Florida Statutes section 11.242

Florida Statutes 2012 takes effect immediately upon publication and may be cited as "Florida Statutes 2012," "Florida Statutes," or "F.S. 2012"

Repeals all statutes of general and permanent nature enacted by the State or Territory of Florida at or prior to the 2011 regular legislative session that are not included in Florida Statutes 2012

Preserves all laws enacted during the 2012 regular session from repeal by this adoption act

Repeal of statutes does not affect any rights accrued before such repeal or civil remedies where a suit is pending; bill takes effect 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislative session
