Amends s. 267.076, F.S. to make permanent the public records exemption for donor and prospective donor information to publicly owned house museums designated by the U.S. Department of Interior as National Historic Landmarks who wish to remain anonymous

Removes the scheduled automatic repeal of the exemption that was previously set for October 2, 2012 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Maintains that donor identifying information remains confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements under s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution

Takes effect October 1, 2012
