Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2012 for the public records exemption in section 409.25661, F.S., making the exemption permanent.

Maintains the confidentiality of insurance claim data exchange information obtained by the Department of Revenue until the department determines whether a match exists for parents owing past due child support.

Requires information with a confirmed match to become available for public disclosure, while nonmatch information must be destroyed per section 409.25659.

Eliminates the Open Government Sunset Review Act requirement that previously subjected this exemption to periodic legislative review and reenactment.

Effective date is October 1, 2012.
