Exempts personal identifying information of insureds and insurance policy numbers for personal injury protection and property damage liability policies from public records requirements under Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and the State Constitution

Allows the department to release policy numbers upon written request and submission of a crash report to accident victims, their attorneys, or their insurers' representatives

Clarifies the exemption applies to all personal identifying information and policy numbers held by the department before, on, or after October 11, 2007

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2012 that was previously set under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect October 1, 2012
