Terminates the Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund within the Department of Health (FLAIR number 64-2-173)

Transfers all current balances and revenues from the terminated fund to the Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (FLAIR number 79-2-173)

Requires the Department of Health to pay outstanding debts or obligations of the terminated fund as soon as practicable

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to close out and remove the terminated fund from state accounting systems using generally accepted accounting principles

Takes effect July 1, 2012
