Re-creates the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel Trust Fund (FLAIR number 21-2-073) within the Justice Administrative Commission, which was scheduled for termination on July 1, 2013 pursuant to constitutional mandate

Designates trust fund moneys for the purpose of funding the activities of the capital collateral regional counsel

Amends section 27.715, Florida Statutes to abrogate provisions relating to the termination date of the trust fund

Requires the trust fund to be reviewed in accordance with section 215.3206(1) and (2) before any scheduled termination

Takes effect July 1, 2012
