Updates Florida's corporate income tax code to adopt the 2012 version of the Internal Revenue Code instead of the 2011 version for purposes of Chapter 220, Florida Statutes.

Changes the reference date in section 220.03(1)(n) from January 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012 for determining which version of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code applies.

Changes the reference date in section 220.03(2)(c) from January 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012 for defining terms used in Florida's corporate income tax code.

Takes effect upon becoming law and operates retroactively to January 1, 2012.
