Amends section 627.3121, Florida Statutes to clarify and modify public records and public meetings exemptions for the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Inc.

Clarifies that the medical records exemption applies to information relating to the medical condition or medical status of an individual.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2012, making the exemptions permanent rather than subject to sunset review.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for underwriting files, claims files, audit records, proprietary information, employee assistance program records, fraud investigations, attorney-client communications, and other sensitive association records.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
