Amends section 288.075, Florida Statutes to save public record exemptions for information held by economic development agencies from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Exempts plans, intentions, or interests of private corporations, partnerships, or persons to locate, relocate, or expand business activities in Florida for 12 months after a confidentiality request is made, with possible 12-month extension if business is still actively considering relocation.

Exempts information when a final project order for a signed economic development agreement is issued for 180 days after issuance, until a specified date, or until disclosure occurs, whichever is first.

Permits disclosure of aggregate tax amounts paid by all businesses participating in economic incentive programs in annual incentives reports.

Information about specific businesses becomes public 180 days after a final project order is issued, including business name, jobs committed/created, tax refunds awarded, and anticipated wages.
