Designates the week of April 15-22, 2012, as "Days of Remembrance" in Florida to commemorate Holocaust victims and survivors.

Designates April 19, 2012, as "Holocaust Remembrance Day" in Florida, corresponding with the federal observance of Yom Hashoah.

Acknowledges that the Holocaust resulted in the murder of six million Jews by Nazi Germany and its collaborators between 1933 and 1945, and that millions of others including Roma, Poles, persons with disabilities, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Soviet prisoners of war, and political dissidents also suffered persecution and death.

Encourages Florida citizens to rededicate themselves to principles of human dignity and individual freedom to ensure such atrocities are never repeated.

References Public Law 96-388 (October 7, 1980), which established the United States Holocaust Memorial Council's authority to designate these annual Days of Remembrance.
