Authorizes the Pasco County School Board to appropriate and pay $675,000 to Marcus Button for injuries sustained in a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by negligence of a school board employee.

Compensates Button for facial and skull fractures, brain damage, and vision loss sustained when a Pasco County school bus pulled in front of the vehicle he was riding in, causing it to strike and slip under the bus.

Combined with the statutory limit of $200,000 already paid by the school board under Florida law, provides total compensation of $875,000 matching the jury verdict amount (the jury found the school board 65 percent responsible).

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and related expenses to no more than 25 percent of the $675,000 appropriation.

Provides that the combined payments constitute sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the accident.
