Appropriates unspecified funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Juvenile Justice to compensate victims abused at the Florida Reform School for Boys in Marianna and Okeechobee during the 1940s-1960s.

Chief Financial Officer directed to draw a warrant and pay the appropriated sum to abuse victims from State Treasury funds.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and related expenses to no more than 25 percent of the total award amount.

Establishes the appropriation as sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from abuses at the reform schools and does not waive state sovereign immunity.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
