Requires operators of massage establishments to maintain valid work authorization documents on premises for each non-citizen employee, including a valid I-551 permanent resident card or government-issued employment authorization document.

Mandates that massage establishment operators present work authorization documents upon request by a law enforcement officer for any non-citizen employee.

Prohibits knowing use of a massage establishment license for lewdness, assignation, or prostitution at any location, structure, trailer, or conveyance.

Establishes criminal penalties: second-degree misdemeanor for first violation, first-degree misdemeanor for second violation, and third-degree felony for third or subsequent violations.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
