Authorizes district school boards to adopt policies allowing students to deliver inspirational messages at student assemblies.

Students organizing student-led assembly portions have sole discretion to decide whether an inspirational message will be delivered and must choose student volunteers to deliver it.

Student volunteers are solely responsible for preparing and determining the content of inspirational messages with no school personnel participation or influence.

Prohibits school district personnel from monitoring, reviewing, or influencing the content of student-delivered inspirational messages.

Effective July 1, 2012.
