Amends Florida Statutes section 1001.26 to expand eligible recipients of public broadcasting support and funding to include nondenominational television stations licensed by the Federal Communications Commission as full-power educational broadcast stations as of July 1, 2012.

Maintains existing support for Corporation for Public Broadcasting qualified educational radio and television stations, as well as new stations meeting Corporation qualifications that provide first service to unserved audiences or significant new program services.

Authorizes the Department of Education to provide equipment, funds, and services to both tax-supported and nonprofit, corporate-owned educational television and radio facilities that meet the Corporation for Public Broadcasting standards or qualify as nondenominational FCC-licensed educational broadcast stations.

Allows appropriated funds for educational television and educational radio to be used interchangeably by the department for either service or both.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
