Authorizes landowners to use purple paint marks as a method to designate "no trespassing" areas on their property, in addition to existing signage and orange painted notice methods.

Establishes specifications for purple paint marks: vertical lines at least 8 inches long and 1 inch wide, positioned 3-5 feet from the ground, spaced no more than 100 feet apart.

Requires that purple paint marks be accompanied by signs complying with standard posting requirements and placed at all known or expected entry points to the property.

Updates referenced statutes (s. 260.0125 and s. 810.09) to incorporate the new purple paint marking method in their definitions and application of trespassing laws.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
