Ratifies the proposed Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which was approved by Congress on March 22, 1972 and sent to states for ratification.

Establishes that equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged based on sex by the United States or any state.

Grants Congress power to enforce the amendment through appropriate legislation, with the amendment taking effect two years after ratification.

Notes that 35 of the necessary 38 states have already ratified the Equal Rights Amendment.

Requires the Florida Secretary of State to forward certified copies of the resolution to federal officials including the President, Secretary of State, and congressional leadership.
