Authorizes school district boards to establish policies allowing commercial advertisements on the exterior of school buses

Requires advertisers to reimburse school districts for all costs related to advertising support, including retrofitting, storage, attachment, and maintenance

Prohibits advertisements for alcoholic beverages, tobacco, discriminatory content, sexual material, political content, and false or misleading claims

Sets standards limiting advertisements to no more than two per bus, each no larger than 2 feet high and 6 feet long, and prohibiting digital/electronic signage or placement on emergency doors

Directs revenue allocation with 50 percent for district transportation, 25 percent for school district programs, and 25 percent to school district foundation endowments
