Allows specialty technologists to use titles like "Certified Radiologic Technologist-CT" with letter designations approved by the Department of Health corresponding to their specialty area (e.g., CT, PET).

Authorizes specialty technologists to perform duties within the scope of practice set by national organizations recognized by the Department of Health for their particular specialty.

Establishes certification for specialty technologists through endorsement only (not examination) for applicants holding current certification from a recognized national organization, with a nonrefundable fee not to exceed $100.

Directs the Department of Health to adopt rules recognizing national organizations that certify specialty technologists based on educational and examination requirements demonstrating technical and safety competencies.
