Amends Florida Statutes section 402.56 to change meeting frequency requirements for the Children and Youth Cabinet from a minimum of six times per year to a minimum of four times per year.

Establishes a maximum meeting frequency of six times per year for the Children and Youth Cabinet.

Removes the requirement for an organizational session by October 1, 2007.

Maintains existing requirements that meetings be held in different regions of the state to solicit public input and that each meeting include a public comment session.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
