Designates 54 transportation facilities with honorary names across Florida, including highways, bridges, streets, and roads honoring military service members, public officials, and community leaders.

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers at each designated facility identifying the official memorial or honorary name.

Includes designations for military veterans and fallen service members such as SP4 Thomas Berry Corbin Memorial Highway (Dixie County), U.S. Navy BMC Samuel Calhoun Chavous, Jr., Memorial Highway (Dixie County), and Marine Lance Corporal Brian R. Buesing Memorial Highway (Levy County).

Amends two prior designations: corrects Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard location from "E. 12th Avenue" to "N.W. 7th Avenue" and changes Father Gerard Jean-Juste Street directional designation from "N.W." to "N.E." 3rd Avenue.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
