Increases the mandatory retirement age for Florida justices and judges from 70 to 75 years old.

Allows justices and judges who reach 75 to continue serving temporarily or to complete a term if at least half has been served.

Amendment applies only to justices and judges elected or appointed on or after January 1, 2013.

Proposes amendments to Article V, Section 8 (Judiciary) and creates a new section in Article XII (Schedule) of the Florida Constitution.

Requires voter approval at the next general election or earlier special election authorized by law.
