Amends section 409.25661 of Florida Statutes to remove the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2012 for the public records exemption on insurance claim data exchange information.

Maintains the confidentiality of insurance claim data obtained by the Department of Revenue used to identify parents owing past due child support until a match determination is made.

Allows information to become publicly available if a match is found; requires destruction of nonmatch information per section 409.25659.

Removes the exemption from the Open Government Sunset Review Act, eliminating the requirement for legislative reenactment to preserve the exemption.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
