Repeals all statutes specifying regular and special terms of court for the Florida Supreme Court, district courts of appeal, circuit courts, and county courts.

Creates section 43.43 authorizing the Supreme Court to establish, authorize courts to establish their own, or dispense with terms of court entirely.

Creates section 43.44 allowing appellate courts to recall their own mandates within 120 days of issuance to reconsider, revise, or modify orders.

Removes references to "term time," "in term," and "in vacation" throughout Florida statutes, replacing them with "session," "hearing," or "appearance" as appropriate.

Changes grand jury requirements from discretionary ("may dispense with") to mandatory regular convening for 6-month terms, with extension limited to 90 days upon petition.
