Establishes the Florida Law Enforcement Officers' Hall of Fame to recognize and honor law enforcement officers who dedicated or sacrificed their lives for Florida residents' safety and made significant state contributions.

Department of Law Enforcement shall administer the Hall of Fame without state appropriation of funds.

Department of Management Services shall designate an area on the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building along the northeast front wall for plaques displaying names of inductees.

Department of Law Enforcement annually accepts recommendations from law enforcement organizations including the Police Benevolent Association, selects nominees, and transmits names to the Governor and Cabinet for final induction selection.

Department of Law Enforcement shall give preference to law enforcement officers who were born in or adopted Florida as their home state and may establish nomination procedures and conduct formal induction ceremonies.
