Repeals 16 Florida Statutes sections relating to K-12 and higher education programs, including foreign language curriculum plans, alternative high school course credit pilots, and professional credential goals for prekindergarten instructors.

Eliminates provisions for high school diploma designations indicating student career interests, the High School to Business Career Enhancement Program, and substance abuse training program requirements for state universities and Florida College System institutions.

Removes statutes authorizing school-to-work transition information provisions, dropout reentry mentor projects, the Sunshine Workforce Solutions Grant Program, and a statewide school safety hotline operated by the Florida Sheriffs Association.

Repeals authorization for advanced placement instruction within dual enrollment courses and exemptions for certain Florida College System institutions from State Board of Education approval for baccalaureate degree programs.

Repeals the Transition to Teaching Program and amends section 1011.61 to remove references to alternative high school course credit calculations in the Florida Education Finance Program funding formulas.
