Deletes obsolete references to "serious or habitual juvenile offender" programs throughout juvenile justice statutes.

Creates a new definition for "mother-infant programs" as residential programs serving juvenile mothers or expectant mothers committed as delinquents, which must be licensed as child care facilities under section 402.308.

Authorizes the Department of Juvenile Justice secretary to pay up to $5,000 toward basic funeral expenses for youth who die in department custody when parents or guardians are indigent and no other funding is available.

Adds mother-infant programs to the list of diversified and innovative rehabilitation programs the department may develop or contract for.

Updates cross-references and removes obsolete statutory references related to repealed juvenile offender program provisions throughout chapter 985, Florida Statutes, effective July 1, 2012.
