Amends Florida law to create a new special license plate for recipients of the Combat Infantry Badge, allowing them to display "Combat Infantry Badge" on their plate followed by the registration number.

Establishes qualification requirements for Combat Infantry Badge plate applicants, including residency in Florida and proof of membership in the Combat Infantrymen's Association, Inc., or other documentation of receiving the Combat Infantry Badge.

Directs proceeds from the sale of Combat Infantry Badge plates to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund (first $100,000 annually) and the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund (additional proceeds) for constructing, operating, and maintaining domiciliary and nursing homes for veterans.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
