Prohibits adults from knowingly distributing materials harmful to minors on school property or posting such materials on school property.

Defines "school property" as the grounds or facility of any kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, junior high school, secondary school, or career center, whether public or nonpublic.

Establishes violation as a third-degree felony for any person who knowingly distributes to a minor or posts on school property materials described in section 847.012(3).

Amends section 847.012, Florida Statutes, by renumbering existing subsections (5) through (9) as subsections (6) through (10) and adding new subsection (5).

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
