Revises the definition of "last known address" to include street address or post office box address provided in a rental agreement or subsequent written change-of-address notice delivered by hand, first-class mail, or e-mail.

Authorizes self-service storage facility owners to provide notice of pending property sales by e-mail or first-class mail with certificate of mailing instead of only certified mail, but requires follow-up first-class mail notice if no e-mail response is received.

Changes the presumption of notice delivery from requiring registered mail to requiring only proper addressing and postage prepayment when deposited with the United States Postal Service.

Requires rental agreements and rental applications to include a disclosure provision stating whether the applicant is a member of the uniformed services as defined in 10 U.S.C. s. 101(a)(5).

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
