Allow students coenrolled in K-12 and adult education programs to be reported for funding purposes in adult education programs.

Permit students coenrolled in core program areas for credit recovery or dropout prevention to be reported for funding for up to two courses per student.

Make the coenrollment funding provisions permanent, removing the previous limitation to fiscal year 2011-2012 only.

Exempt coenrolled students from paying block tuition for adult general education programs under section 1009.22(3)(c).

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
