Declares services performed entirely within Florida are not subject to federal commerce regulation authority.

Makes it a third-degree felony for federal officials, agents, or employees to enforce federal laws or regulations in violation of this act.

Makes it a third-degree felony for state officials, agents, or employees to enforce federal laws or regulations in violation of this act.

Takes effect July 1, 2012, and applies to goods and services produced or performed in Florida on or after that date.
