Amends section 556.113 of Florida Statutes to save from repeal the public records exemption for proprietary confidential business information held by Sunshine State One-Call of Florida, Inc.

Deletes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2012 that was established under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains the exemption for confidential business information including maps, facility location diagrams, damage investigation reports, dispatch methodology, and trade secrets provided by member operators and excavators.

Exempts such information from public records disclosure requirements when it would likely harm business interests or enable damage to underground utility facilities.

Effective date: October 1, 2012.
