Expands pharmacist authority to administer influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine to adults under an established protocol with a supervising physician licensed under chapter 458 or 459.

Authorizes pharmacists to administer shingles vaccine within an established protocol and pursuant to a written or electronic prescription from a physician.

Permits pharmacists to administer epinephrine via autoinjector within an established protocol under a supervising physician to address unforeseen allergic reactions.

Requires pharmacists administering vaccines or epinephrine autoinjections to maintain at least $200,000 professional liability insurance and complete a 3-hour continuing education course approved by the Board of Pharmacy.

Failure to complete required continuing education results in revocation of authorization to administer vaccines or epinephrine autoinjections, though authorization may be restored upon completion of requirements.
