Adopts the Florida Statutes 2012 as the official statute law of the state, effective immediately upon publication.

Repeals all general and permanent statutes enacted at or prior to the 2011 regular legislative session that are not included in the Florida Statutes 2012.

Preserves the validity of all laws enacted during the 2012 regular session, which remain in full effect despite the adoption of the new statutes compilation.

Protects rights accrued under repealed statutes and preserves pending civil suits filed under repealed provisions.

Becomes effective 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislative session in which it is enacted.
