Exempts identifying information (home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, social security numbers) of county tax collector personnel whose duties include revenue collection, enforcement, or child support enforcement from public records requirements.

Exempts identifying information of spouses and children of covered county tax collector personnel, including names, home addresses, telephone numbers, places of employment, and names/locations of schools and day care facilities attended by children.

Exempts identifying information (home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs) of current and former investigators and inspectors of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, along with similar information for their spouses and children, contingent on reasonable efforts to protect such information from public access.

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2017, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts them.

Finds that releasing such information could endanger these personnel and their families from individuals with contentious reactions to revenue collection, enforcement, or professional regulation actions.
