Adds dates of birth to the types of personal identifying information exempt from public disclosure for active or former law enforcement personnel, firefighters, judges, prosecutors, and various other public employees, along with their spouses and children.

Defines "telephone numbers" to explicitly include home telephone numbers, personal cellular numbers, personal pager numbers, and numbers associated with personal communications devices.

Extends exemptions for home addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth to include former justices and judges of the Supreme Court, district courts of appeal, circuit courts, and county courts, plus their spouses and children.

Removes sunset review provisions for exemptions of guardian ad litem information (previously set to expire October 2, 2015) and public defender information (previously set to expire October 2, 2015), instead applying a unified sunset date of October 2, 2017 to all exemptions in this section.

Makes exemptions apply retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date, and requires written requests to maintain exempt status for non-employer custodial agencies.
