Requires registration as a sexual offender for second or subsequent video voyeurism convictions (s. 810.145(8)) when the victim is a minor.

Allows separate charges for each child depicted in materials involving sexual performance by children, rather than charging a single offense per image.

Increases video voyeurism offenses involving minors from a felony of the third degree to a felony of the second degree, and ranks second or subsequent offenses at Level 6 on the Criminal Punishment Code severity chart.

Expands the definition of places with reasonable expectation of privacy to explicitly include the interior of residential dwellings for purposes of video voyeurism prosecutions.

Adds video voyeurism violations (s. 810.145(8)) to the list of qualifying offenses requiring sex offender registration under Florida's sexual offender statutes.
