Establishes licensing and regulation of personal trainers in Florida under the Board of Athletic Training, requiring applicants to be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, obtain certification from an accredited program, maintain current CPR/AED certification, and pass a licensure examination administered by the Florida Association of Fitness Examiners.

Creates continuing education requirements not to exceed 24 hours every 2 years for license renewal, with criteria to be established by the board.

Establishes maximum fees for application ($100), examination ($200), initial licensure ($200), biennial renewal ($200), and various other license-related fees (inactive, reactivation, voluntary inactive licenses capped at $100 each).

Prohibits sexual misconduct in personal trainer-client relationships and makes practicing personal training without a license, using a suspended/revoked license, or falsely using the title "personal trainer" misdemeanors of the first degree.

Provides grounds for disciplinary action including failure to display name and license number in advertising, incompetency, fraud, negligence, and inability to practice safely; exempts licensed healthcare professionals acting within their scope and students supervised by licensed trainers.
