Authorize tobacco distributors to extend credit to retail dealers up to the 10th day after the calendar week of sale.

Require distributors to notify the Division of Business and Professional Regulation within 3 days if a dealer fails to pay by the credit deadline.

Permit the Division to suspend all credit sales to delinquent dealers after providing written notice and allowing the dealer 5 days to pay or request a hearing to show cause.

Allow delinquent dealers to continue purchasing tobacco products with cash during the suspension period and to appeal the Division's decision to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
