Prohibits operators or proprietors of tanning facilities from allowing any minor to use a tanning device, eliminating the previous exception for minors aged 14-18 with parental consent.

Removes the requirement for parental or legal guardian written consent and acknowledgment of warnings for minors aged 14-18 to use tanning devices.

Removes the requirement that minors under age 14 be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when using a tanning device.

Makes failure to comply with the minor tanning prohibition a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
