Creates section 509.234 of Florida Statutes requiring public food service establishments that serve pancake or waffle syrup, jelly, jam, marmalade, or fruit preserves to offer sugar-free substitutes for these products.

Mandates notice to guests about sugar-free substitute availability on the establishment's food menu and displayed prominently at all areas where foods served with these items are advertised.

Requires prominent notice displays at food service counters, drive-through menu boards, overhead menus, outdoor signage, and daily special postings.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
