Requires homeless sexual offenders and predators to register monthly in person with the sheriff's office and provide a specific sleeping location or shelter location instead of a residential address.

Clarifies that failure to comply with monthly homeless registration requirements violates registration provisions, and falsely claiming homelessness when the person has a residence constitutes a violation of registration requirements.

Changes references throughout sections 775.21, 856.022, 943.0435, 944.606, 944.607, 985.481, and 985.4815 to replace "transient residence" terminology with "specific sleeping location" or "location where seeking shelter" for homeless individuals.

Eliminates the requirement that post office boxes cannot be used in lieu of physical residential addresses, allowing them as acceptable registration information.
