Corrects agency name references throughout Florida Statutes to reflect the creation of the Department of Economic Opportunity and transfer of functions from the former Department of Community Affairs and Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development.

Establishes a Division of Information Technology within the Department of Economic Opportunity and removes obsolete provisions related to the Lake Apopka Basin land purchase program.

Modifies Space Florida governance by adding the Governor or Governor's designee as an ex officio voting chair of the board and eliminates the 15-member advisory council.

Limits Senate confirmation requirement for Enterprise Florida, Inc. board members to only those appointed by the Governor (6 members), removing confirmation requirement for legislative appointees (6 members).

Authorizes Enterprise Florida, Inc. to contract with the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation for management and operation of welcome centers along state highways.
