Increases the offense severity ranking for failing to furnish a prospectus meeting requirements from a Level 2 offense to an unspecified level under Florida Statute 517.07(2).

Adds a new Level 4 offense for failure to register securities under Florida Statute 517.07(1) as a third-degree felony.

Adds a new Level 4 offense for failure of a dealer, associated person, or issuer of securities to register under Florida Statute 517.12(1) as a third-degree felony.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
