Creates section 45.022, F.S. to restrict application of foreign law in family law proceedings under chapters 61 and 88 (marriage dissolution, support, child custody, and interstate family support matters)

Voids court rulings and contractual provisions that apply foreign law denying fundamental constitutional liberties, rights, and privileges guaranteed by the Florida or U.S. Constitution

Applies only to natural persons in constitutional rights violations, not corporations or business entities except when necessary for effective relief in family law proceedings

Requires strict construction against waiver of constitutional rights and prohibits enforcement of forum selection clauses in foreign jurisdictions that would deny constitutional protections

Excludes ecclesiastical matters of religious organizations and federal treaty obligations from the statute's application
