Requires motor vehicle registration and renewal forms to include options for voluntary $1 contributions to Autism Services and Supports (to Achievement and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc.) and Support Our Troops, Inc.

Requires driver license and identification card application forms to include options for voluntary $1 contributions to Autism Services and Supports and Support Our Troops, joining existing contribution options for organ donation, blindness prevention, diabetes research, and veterans' services.

Specifies that all voluntary contributions received under these provisions are not considered income for purposes of applying service charges under Florida Statutes section 215.20.

Establishes monthly transfers of motor vehicle registration contributions and quarterly distributions of driver license contributions to the designated charitable organizations.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
