Authorizes victims of domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence to request in writing that their personal identifying and location information be held exempt from public records requirements for 5 years.

Requires the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers to develop an automated notification process allowing petitioners to receive notice of injunction service within 12 hours, including date, time, and location of service.

Requires court clerks to inform petitioners of their right to request the exemption when they sign up for the automated notification process.

Exempts information from public records disclosure if petitioner requests it in writing, including home/employment phone numbers, cellular phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and other electronic identification means held by clerks and law enforcement agencies.

Creates a public necessity statement finding that disclosure of victim information could expose victims to humiliation, shame, and physical danger, and establishes a sunset review date of October 2, 2017 for the exemptions under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
