Repeals subsection (5) of section 373.227, Florida Statutes, which required the Department of Environmental Protection to submit a written report to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and appropriate legislative committees by December 1, 2005 on water conservation program implementation progress.

Removes the requirement for the department to include statutory changes and funding requests in the repealed report.

Renumbers subsection (6) of section 373.227 as subsection (5).

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
