Expands the definition of "good cause" for voluntary job separation to include domestic violence (as defined in s. 741.28) when the employee reasonably believes continued employment jeopardizes their safety or immediate family's safety, requiring substantiation through injunction, protective order, or similar documentation.

Clarifies employment reporting requirements for employee leasing companies, including quarterly reporting of client establishments and wage data to match unemployment compensation tax reports.

Amends successor employer liability provisions to establish a 30-day deadline for accepting transfer of predecessor employment records and paying outstanding contributions with certified funds.
